Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start an exchange, please email us at info@precisionprogolf.uk with your order number.
UK customers can request a free returns label to exchange for a different item if you change your mind within 14 days.
Customers outside of the UK looking to exchange will need to return their item for a refund and buy the replacement they require from our website.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges can take up to 5 working days after being received to be processed and a replacement item will then be sent out. We will notify you when your replacement item has been shipped and you should receive a notification from our courier regarding delivery.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you are paying through a payment provider, the refund may stay in your account with the payment provider. Please check with the payment provider if you are still waiting for your refund.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you are still waiting for your refund, please contact us at info@precisionprogolf.uk.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@precisionprogolf.uk with images and a description if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a fault with your Precision Pro Golf item please email our team at info@precisionprogolf.uk with your order number, images of your product and a description of the issue.
All items will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.
Any Precision Pro Golf items purchased from a retail shop or another website (any website that isn't precisionprogolf.uk) must be returned to the retailer you purchased from.
You must contact the retailer directly and Precision Pro Golf are unable to interfere with retailers' returns policies and their decisions.
